A Limited Training Team (LTT), assigned to Afloat Training Group (ATG) Western Pacific, is on board to provide damage control training prior to a Mobility Damage Control Warfare (MOB-D) assessment. Bonhomme Richard, forward-deployed to Sasebo, Japan, is serving forward to provide a rapid-response capability in the event of a regional contingency or natural disaster.
