Berthony Ladouceur, 3rd Medical Command Deployment Support Chief of Staff, and Col. Tracy Smith, 865th Combat Support Hospital, at U.S. Army South New Horizons- Haiti 2010 Diaqoui engineer site August 3. New Horizons, in partnership with the government of Haiti, is conducting various medical, dental and engineering missions for the locals in Gonaives. New Horizons also provides valuable learning experience in a real-world environment for our U.S. Forces.
