Berthony Ladouceur, 3rd Medical Command Deployment Support Chief of Staff, speaks to local Haitian children while on a tour at U.S. Army South New Horizons- Haiti 2010 Diaqoui engineer site Aug. 3. New Horizons, in partnership with the government of Haiti, is conducting various medical, dental and engineering missions for the locals in Gonaives.
