(Jan. 26, 2017) - Equipment Operator 3rd Class Trae Moliere and Equipment Operator 3rd Class Nathan Gillilan, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 use chains to tie down a humvee aboard amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22) during a Loading Exercise (LOADEX), Jan. 26. The LOADEX is designed to train Sailors with rapid response capabilities to support recovery efforts and assist local authorities following man-made and natural disasters.
