PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Jan. 26, 2017) - Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 park eight humvees on the Naval Base Ventura County Port Hueneme pier next to amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22) after completing the Loading Exercise (LOADEX), Jan. 26. The LOADEX is designed to train Sailors with rapid response capabilities to support recovery efforts and assist local authorities following man-made and natural disasters.
