Tim Tran, assigned to Combat Cargo aboard amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22) discusses correct tie down procedures of equipment and cargo to Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 during the Loading Exercise (LOADEX), Jan. 26. The LOADEX is designed to train Sailors with rapid response capabilities to support recovery efforts and assist local authorities following man-made and natural disasters.
