NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Jan. 5, 2017) – Aviation Support Equipment Technician 2nd Class Allen Kauffman, assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), is frocked to the rank of Petty Officer Second Class by Aviation Support Equipment Technician 2nd Class Doland Miller and Aviation Support Equipment Technician 2nd Class Matthew Young during a frocking ceremony at Huntington Hall.
