NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Jan. 5, 2017) – Aviation Electrician's Mate 3rd Class Andrew Catron, assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), is frocked to the rank of petty officer third class by his wife and Aviation Electrician's Mate 1st Class Gregory Harvill during a frocking ceremony at Huntington Hall.
