NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Jan. 5, 2017) – Logistics Specialist 2nd Class Joshua Slane, assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), is frocked to the rank of petty officer second class by Logistics Specialist 1st Class Antonius Cunningham and Chief Logistics Specialist Chiwanna Rogers during a frocking ceremony at Huntington Hall.
