U.S. 5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATION, USS Somerset (Feb. 11, 2017) U.S. Marine Cpl. Jaime Jaramillo, a reconnaissance Marine with the Maritime Raid Force, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, prepares to carry a simulated casualty during a casualty evacuation training event aboard the USS Somerset (LPD 25), Feb. 11. During the training, Marines with the MRF work with crewmembers from Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 163 (Reinforced) to safely hook and hoist the simulated casualty into a UH-1Y Huey helicopter.
