Airborne Engineers from the First Brigade Combat Team of the 82nd Airborne Division carry a Zodiak boat toward McKeller's Lake, Fort Bragg, to start the "Crossing the Waal" commemoration event, Sept., 24. The event is held by the Engineer companies of four, 82nd Airborne Division Brigade Combat Teams in honor of the 307th Engineer Battalion's historic crossing of the Waal River during World War II.
