During a visit to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' North Atlantic Division (NAD) headquarters at Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, N.Y., Lt. Gen. Todd Semonite, the Army's 54th Chief of Engineers, reconnected with members of the NAD staff. Semonite served as NAD commander from 2007 to 2009, a period when the organization managed projects to support Base Realignment and Closure in the northeast United States worth billions of dollars. Here, Lt. Gen. Semonite (left) and Madeline Shay (right), NAD attorney advisor, get reacquainted just prior to a division headquarters town hall meeting on March 22, 2017.
