During a March 22, 2017 award ceremony at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' North Atlantic Division (NAD) headquarters at Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, N.Y., Lt. Gen. Todd Semonite, 54th U.S. Army Chief of Engineers (left), recognized Mr. Richard Bros (center) with his commander's coin for Bros' work as the acting chief of the NAD Business Management Division. In that role, Bros has provided vitally important continuity and leadership to NAD headquarters' governance and management projects, including planning and executing regional commanders conferences. On the right is the acting Business Director, Mr. Scott Acone.
