PACIFIC OCEAN (March 24, 2017) The aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68) receives fuel during an underway replenishment-at-sea (UNREP) with the Fleet Replenishment Oiler USNS Yukon (T-AO 202), middle, while conducting a vertical replenishment-at-sea (VERTREP) with the Dry Cargo and Ammunition Ship USNS Carl Brashear (T-AKE 7). Nimitz is underway conducting Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) with the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
