The U.S. Marine Corps’ 15th and 26th Marine Expeditionary Units have been operating out of Pano Aqil on CH-46 and CH-53 Super Stallion helicopters since early September bringing relief supplies to those in need. U.S. military helicopters have transported more than 10 million pounds of relief supplies since relief operations began Aug. 5.
