Bordallo, Delegate of the U.S. territory of Guam, along with several U.S., German and Guam distinguished visitors on board a charter boat in Apra Harbor honor and pay tribute to the memorial that divers took 120 feet below the surface to be placed onto SMS Cormoran on the 100th year after its sinking in Apra Harbor.
