On Nov. 20 Jennie McNulty, a 44-year old comedian from Los Angeles, tells a story to a crowd of service members about her football career during a comedy show held inside a make-shift gym at Camp Taqaddum Nov 20. The event was part of a tour of shows in Western Iraq where the two comics told a few jokes, met, and signed autographs with more than one hundred service members. "These are the most rewarding shows I have ever done," said McNulty, 44. "If we could lift your spirits, then we have done our job." 1st Marine Logistics Group (Forward) is deployed with I MEF (FWD) in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar Province of Iraq (MNF-W) to develop the Iraqi Security Forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic government reforms, and continue the development of a market based economy centered on Iraqi Reconstruction.
