FORT IRWIN, Calif. – An OPFOR Surrogate Vehicle from Gunslinger Troop, 2nd Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, speeds across the terrain of the National Training Center to engage elements of the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Fort Riley, Kan., April 29, 2017. The Dagger Brigade is in the midst of NTC Rotation 17-06, which includes force-on-force operations followed by live-fire exercises in order to prepare Army BCT’s for any contingency operation.
