FORT IRWIN, Calif. – Troopers assigned to Fury Troop, 2nd Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, replicating a guerilla fighters, maneuver through the National Training Center’s city of Ujen, while engaging the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division’s assault, April 30, 2017. The purpose of this phase of NTC Rotation 17-06 was to evaluate the Dagger Brigade’s ability to seize an urban center, while simultaneously engaging with a wide area security threat.
