    170505-N-KH151-054 YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 5,2017) Damage Controlman 2nd Class (SW) Joseph Relethford, from Burien, Washington, uses an air-booster pump to fill a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) tank in the hangar bay of the Navy's forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Engineering Department, damage control division is responsible for more than 340 SCBA tanks aboard the ship. Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the collective maritime interests of its allies and partners in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
