The Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Yukon (T-AO 202) steams alongside the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) during an opposed replenishment at sea evolution. Ships conduct an opposed RAS to practice completing replenishments at sea in a wartime scenario with other ships in the same carrier strike group providing perimeter protection. Ronald Reagan and Yukon performed the opposed RAS as part of a Composite Training Unit Exercise. Ronald Reagan is currently underway completing COMPTUEX in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
