Vice Adm. Robert C. Parker, Commander, Coast Guard Atlantic Area picks up a plate piled high with Thanksgiving dinner in the food line at the dining facility here. Parker was visiting Coast Guard personnel deployed in Kuwait and other parts of the Fifth Fleet Area of Operations during the holiday week. As Atlantic Area Commander, Parker oversees the personnel assigned to Coast Guard Patrol Forces Southwest Asia in the Arabian Gulf region.
