Iraqi Security Forces stand guard outside the grand opening of the Rafidain Bank in the Sala-Aruba Marketplace of Muqdadiyah, Iraq, Nov. 12. The 2nd Advise and Assist Brigade, 25th Infantry Division, in cooperation with the Diyala Provincial Reconstruction Team, introduced micro-grants earlier this year to boost the economy of the suq, or marketplace, facilitating the need for the new bank.
