Lt. Col. Adam Headrick, commander of the U.S. Army’s 1st Battalion, 179th Infantry Regiment, 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, aided by Sgt. Major Robert Huggins of 1st Bn., 179th Inf. The 1st Bn. 279th Inf. Regt. assumes the JMTG-U mission from the U.S. Army’s 1st Battalion, 179th Infantry Regiment, 45th IBCT, and will spend the next six months as part of the JMTG-U, an international coalition dedicated to improving the CTC's training capacity and building professionalism within the Ukrainian army.
