    Petty Officer 3rd Class Celest White, a boatswain's mate from Lufkin, Texas, and Petty Officer 2nd Class Alexander Luna, a boatswain's mate from New York, reach for the pelican hook to safely load the Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat onto the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. RHIBs are used to transport personnel, as recue craft and for visit, board, search and seizure. Ronald Reagan is currently underway off the coast of California preparing for an upcoming deployment.
