Petty Officer 2nd Class Alexander Luna (left), a boatswain's mate from New York, mans the Bow Hook of a Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat off the starboard side of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. Petty Officer 3rd Class Celest White (center), a boatswain’s mate from Lufkin, Texas, is the coxswain and Seaman Ryan Stewart, an engineman fireman from Atkins, Texas, is the boat engineer. RHIBs are used to transport personnel, as recue craft and for visit, board, search and seizure. Ronald Reagan is currently underway off the coast of California preparing for an upcoming deployment.
