Petty Officer 3rd Class Celest White (center), a boatswain’s mate from Lufkin, Texas, is the coxswain and Seaman Ryan Stewart, an engineman fireman from Atkins, Texas, is the boat engineer. RHIBs are used to transport personnel, as recue craft and for visit, board, search and seizure. Ronald Reagan is currently underway off the coast of California preparing for an upcoming deployment.
