Victor Oluwagbemi, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, Youth of the Year; and Air Force Teen Council members Andrew Smith, Jamie Butikofer and Dawson Gildig place flags in a storage. Each year during the Air Force Youth of the Year and Teen Council Summit, participants perform community service. This year, they rolled flags that had been displayed over Memorial Day weekend at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery on Joint Base San Antonio, Texas. In just a few hours on July 12, 2017, they rolled and stored 35,000 flags.
