Alexis Timko of the Air Force Teen Council stores rolled flags at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery as Nickolas Parkinson of Mountain Home AFB and the Idaho Military Youth of the Year; Donald Kellogg of Little Rock AFB and Arkansas Military Youth of the Year; Jakob Kinsey of the U.S. Air Force Academy High School, Colorado; Brennan Robin, Luke AFB, Arizona, Youth of the Year; and Desha Jenkins of Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, Youth of the Year line up with their bundled flags. Each year during the Air Force Youth of the Year and Teen Council Summit, participants perform community service. This year, they rolled flags that had been displayed over Memorial Day weekend at the cemetery on Joint Base San Antonio, Texas. In just a few hours on July 12, 2017, they rolled and stored 35,000 flags.
