Culinary Specialist 2nd Class (SW) Lee Foreman has worked in the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) Galley for two years as the galley supervisor. Foreman, known around NMCP as “Chef Lee,” is a certified chef by the Culinary Institute of Virginia.
