    Chef Roland E. Schaeffer, culinary judge and chef consultant, American Culinary Federation, critics one of the plates during a dry run of the buffet portion for the Installation of the Year competition, which will be held at Fort Lee during the 36th Annual Armed Forces Culinary Competition. The Fort Bragg Culinary Arts Team has nine previous wins for Installation of the Year within the culinary competition.
