Members of the 75th Combat Support Hospital Reserve Unit conduct a mock mass casualty exercise facilitated by the 2-337th Training Support Battalion, 205th Infantry Brigade. The 75th CSS is deploying as part of the Kosovo Forces peace keeping operations rotation, also known as KFOR-14.
