Ashland is in Guam for a scheduled voyage repair availability while Marines assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (31st MEU) conduct unit-level training ashore. Ashland is operating in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region to enhance partnerships and be a ready-response force for any type of contingency.
