KEY WEST, Fla. (Sept. 11, 2017) Naval Facilities and Engineering Command Southeast equipment operators Danny Rose and Wally Moore use bulldozers to clear seagrass from the runway at Naval Air Station Key West’s Boca Chica Field after Hurricane Irma’s passing of Key West. Hurricane Irma passed directly over the Florida Keys as a Category 4 hurricane, knocking out power, water and cell phone coverage to the area. The airfield has since reopened, and efforts are underway to restore the installation to full capacity. (U.S. Navy photo by Trice Denny/Released)
