    Sgt. Benjamin Standley, an infantryman with Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 186th Infantry, Oregon Army National Guard, drags a simulated "wounded person" during the Urban Operations portion of the 2011 Oregon Army National Guard Best Warrior Competition at Camp Rilea, Warrenton, Ore., March 13. Standley went on to win the competition and was named Oregon’s Noncommissioned Officer of the Year. The three-day event pitted Oregon citizen-soldiers against one another as they competed for the title of Oregon’s Soldier and Noncommissioned Officer of the Year.
