Spc. Tyler Brown, an infantryman with Bravo Company, 2nd Battalion, 162nd Infantry, Oregon Army National Guard, drags a simulated "wounded person" during the Urban Operations portion of the 2011 Oregon Army National Guard Best Warrior Competition on Camp Rilea, Warrenton, Ore., March 13. Brown went on to win the competition and was named Oregon’s Soldier of the Year. The three-day event pitted Oregon citizen-soldiers against one another as they competed for the title of Oregon’s Soldier and Noncommissioned Officer of the Year.
