    171007-N-SZ865-023 PONCE, Puerto Rico (Oct. 7, 2017) A Sailor throws a line to a Coast Guardsman to moor a rigid-hull inflatable boat carrying Sailors assigned to the amphibious dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51) to clean a park in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Oak Hill is assisting with relief efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria. The Department of Defense is supporting the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the lead federal agency, in helping those affected by Hurricane Maria to minimize suffering and is one component of the overall whole-of-government response effort.
