(From left to right) Col. Lewis G. Irwin, outgoing 301st Regional Support Group Commander, Brig. Gen. Peter S. Lennon, 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) Commander and Lt. Col. Andrew Keirn, incoming 301st RSG Commander, pass on the brigade colors during the Brigade Change of Command Ceremony recently held here. Irwin has been assigned as the new 316th ESC Deputy Commander. Keirn was commissioned a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army in 1986. He has served in various leadership positions within the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and the U.S. Army Reserve.
