Marcia Irwin, wife of outgoing 301st Regional Support Commander Col. Lewis G. Irwin, holds her hand over her heart during the 301st RSG Change of Command Ceremony, held here recently. The Irwin's reside in McMurray, Pa., and are the parents of three children. Their eldest daughter is a cadet at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Irwin, in his civilian career, is a professor of public policy and government at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. He holds multiple masters' degrees and a doctorate in political science from Yale University. He has been named as the new deputy commander, 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), Coraopolis, Pa.
