Lewis G. Irwin stands at attention. Donohue is due to retire in the near future after 40 years of combined military and civilian service to the U.S. Army and Army Reserve. Irwin has been assigned as the new 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) Deputy Commander. Keirn was commissioned a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army in 1986. He has served in various leadership positions within the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and the U.S. Army Reserve. In his civilian job, Keirn serves as the Director of Construction and Facilities Management at the Department of Veteran Affairs Regional Office, located in Silver Spring, Md.
