Navy Vice Adm. Mark I. Fox, commander of U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, thanks the sailors working at United Kingdom Role 3 Bastion Hospital here for serving in Afghanistan, April 7. Fox toured the hospital, along with other areas of Camps Leatherneck and Bastion during his command visit. During the tour, Fox said, "I'm here to say thanks and to let you know I appreciate what you're doing. I'm humbled to wear the same uniform as you all."
