Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Aaron Stricklin (front left), a hospitalman at the United Kingdom Role 3 Bastion Hospital here, gets thanked by Navy Vice Adm. Mark I. Fox, commander of U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, for serving in Afghanistan, April 7. Fox toured the hospital, along with other areas of Camps Leatherneck and Bastion. During the tour, Fox said, "I'm here to say thanks and to let you know I appreciate what you're doing. I'm humbled to wear the same uniform as you all."
