Navy Vice Adm. Mark I. Fox, commander of U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, tours the United Kingdom Role 3 Bastion Hospital here, April 7. Fox, along with Navy Rear Adm. Michael P. Tillotson, commander of Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, toured the hospital to see the outstanding work their sailors are performing. During the tour, Fox said, "I'm here to say thanks and to let you know I appreciate what you're doing. I'm humbled to wear the same uniform as you all."
