McCormick-Boyle, Commander, Navy Medicine Education and Training, speaks with nursing students at Texas Christian University (TCU) about the Navy medicine program, as part of Forth Worth Navy week, during a scheduled meeting at Annie Richardson Bass Bldg. on the TCU campus. McCormick-Boyle and Conte discussed a wide range of topics including student-athlete well being and sports medicine among others. Navy week programs serve as the principal outreach effort into areas of the country without a significant Navy presence, helping Americans understand that their Navy is deployed around the world, around the clock, ready to defend America at all times.
