171020-N-RB168-727 WATERS NEAR GUAM (Oct. 20, 2017) Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Mark Sturge, from Alexandria, Virginia demonstrates how to use the discharge hose from the ram fan during Mobility Damage Control training aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Benfold (DDG 65). The drill was part of Mobility Damage Control training, a mandatory evolution conducted by Afloat Training Group West Pacific. Benfold is on patrol in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations in support of security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific.
