The Idaho National Guard held a change of command ceremony Sunday, Nov. 5, 2017 at Gowen Field to signify the transfer of authority between outgoing Commanding General Maj. Gen. Gary Sayler and the incoming Adjutant General Brig. Gen. Michael Garshak. The commander in chief, Governor C.L.
