The outgoing Commanding General Maj. Gen. Gary Sayler addresses the large Army and Air National Guard troop formation and distinguished guests at the change of command ceremony Sunday, Nov. 5, 2017 at Gowen Field. The ceremony signified the transfer of authority between Sayler and the incoming Adjutant General Brig. Gen. Michael Garshak. The commander in chief, Governor C.L.
