CULEBRA, Puerto Rico – Soldiers of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers meet with Mayor William Ivan Solis Bermudez and municipal power utility supervisor Carlos Torres Gonzalez to discuss the installation of new generators in Culebra on Monday, Nov. 20, 2017.
