An employer from the Veterans Affairs office speaks to other employers and supervisors about the transition that Service Members experience when they come back from a deployment at Fort Bragg, N.C., May 4. More than 40 employers and supervisors participated in the Rochester, N.Y. Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve committee’s Boss Lift program. Employers and Supervisors were able to see firsthand the type and quality of military training and leadership activities National Guard and Reserve members receive while they are away from their civilian occupation for duty with their military units.
