An Airman assigned to the 332nd Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron packs
an unserviceable bomb with a calculated amount of C4 explosive in
preparation for a controlled detonation Sept. 22, 2017, in Southwest Asia.
C4 is an extremely stable high-explosive and isn't sensitive to most
physical shock or fire, making it an invaluable tool for EOD professionals.
