Coast Humanitarian Air Drop (CHAD) takes the low-cost, low-altitude capability to the Pacific theatre. Together, CHAD and LCLA represent a unique Humanitarian Aid/Disaster Relief or wartime capability that enables these crews to respond rapidly anywhere in the area of responsibility.
